Production: one hundred quintals of grapes per hectar.
Maturation: few months in stainless steel.

Color: pale yellow.
Scent: fruity and lightly aromatic.
Taste: dry, fresh, a good structure and equilibrium.

Custoza
White D.O.C. Wine

Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: Garganega 40% , Trebbiano Toscano 20%, Trebbianello 15% and others local vine25%
Production: around one hundred quintals of grapes per hectar.
Maturation: few months in stainless steel.
Duration by the consumer: two years. 
Color: light straw-yellow. 
Scent: of fruit, with signs of elegant apple. 
Taste: dry and rather cool, very harmonic and balanced.
How to serve: at 8-10 C, uncork the bottle at the very moment. 
Gastronomic matchings: dainty starters, fish in general.

Bardolino Chiaretto
Rosè D.O.C. Wine
Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: Corvina 50%, Rondinella 30% and thers local vine 20%.
Maturation: few months in stainless steel.
Averaga lifetime: two years.
Color: bright delicate pink.
Scent: fairly intense, fruity very elegant.
Taste: dry, cool, of great equilibrium.
How to serve: at 10 – 12 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment.
Gastronomic matchings: hors-d'oeuvre, fish soups, eel and white meats.

Bardolino “Le Fontane”
Red D.O.C. Wine

Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: corvina 60%, rondinella 30%, other local vine 10%.
Production: around 100 quintals of grapes per hectar.
Maturation: few months in stainless steel.
Duration by the consumer: two years.
Color: not too intense ruby red but cheerful.
Scent: fairly intense with fresh floral marks.
Taste: dry, light, slightly winy, with light bitterish final.
How to serve: at 12-14 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment.
Gastronomic couplings: it is excellent on gravies of meat, on rice, on dishes of with meat, but it is an excellent table.

Bardolino Superiore
Red D.O.C.G. Wine

Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: corvina 65%, rondinella 35%, other local vine 10%.
Production: around 80 quintals of grapes per hectar.
Maturation: eight months in Slavonia oak barrels of 30 hectolitres.
Averaga lifetime: four years.
Color: ruby red with amaranth transparencies.
Scent: intense of flowers, mature fruit, hazel nut.
Taste: dry, elegant, with pleasant bitterish final.
How to serve: at 14-16 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment.
Gastronomic matchings: dishes of wirhe and red meat and any fresh cheese.

Becco Rosso
Red I.G.T. Wine

Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: 100% Corvina.
Production: around 80 quintals of grapes per hectar.
Maturation: eight months in Slavonia oak barrels of 30 hectolitres.
Averaga lifetime: at least five years.
Color: ruby red with red garnet reflexes.
Scent: wine with good grace, with smell of brushwood, specially of ribes.
Taste: dry, fresh, with elegant bitterish final, it is a wine with a strong character.
How to serve: at 16-18 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment. 
Gastronomic matchings: roasts of white or red meat and any hard cheese.

Rosso di Corte
Red I.G.T. Wine

Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: Cabernet Franc 65% and Merlot 35%.
Production: around 80 quintals of grapes per hectar.
Maturation: a year in “Barriques”.
Averaga lifetime: at least ten years.
Color: crimson with light highlighted by small red fruits.
 Perfume: ample, complex, with small red fruits in evidence.
Taste: soft, elegant, it reproposes to the palate the aromas of the small red fruits perceived by sense of smell.
How to serve: at 16-18 °C uncork the bottle at the very moment.
Gastronomic matchings: roasts of white or red meat and cheese.

Fenili
Custoza Passito D.O.C. Dessert White Wine

Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: almost exclusively Garganega harvested between 10 th and 20 th November and winthered until February.
Production: around 30 quintals of grapes per hectar.
Maturation: a year in “Barriques”.
Averaga lifetime: many years.
Color: golden yellow with amber-coloured transparencies.
Scent: intense, slightly ethereal, with pleasant marks of honey and flowers.
Taste: sweet, balanced, with marks ot slightly toasted almonds and hazel nuts, of good persistence. It leaves the mouth clean and dry.
How to serve: at 8-12 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment.
Gastronomic matchings: excellent with any great cheese, you can test it with “foie gras”. Sublime on “petit Patisserie”.

Merlot
Red D.O.C. Wine

Vineyard: in the town of Valeggio sul Mincio, on the south-oriental morenic hills of lake Garda.
Rich skeleton, calcareous and slightly clayey soil.
Grapes: Merlot 100%.
Production: around 80 quintals of grapes per hectar.
Averaga lifetime: many years.
Color: deep red with light garnet reflexes.
Scent: good intensity and subtle, notice hazel nut.
Taste: good structure with good persistence, harmony that is completed after many months in bottle.
How to serve: at 16-18 °C. 
Gastronomic matchings: it is perfect with a wide range of meats.

Nichesole
White I.G.T. Wine

Grapes: Viogner 100%.
Production: around 80 quintals of grapes per hectar.
