- Scent: intense, slightly ethereal, with pleasant marks of honey and flowers.
- Taste: sweet, balanced, with marks ot slightly toasted almonds and hazel nuts, of good persistence. It leaves the mouth clean and dry.
- How to serve: at 8-12 °C, uncork the bottle at the very moment.
- Gastronomic matchings: excellent with any great cheese, you can test it with “foie gras”. Sublime on “petit Patisserie”.
